Our boards are all 1.5” thick. Each board is fine sanded down to 320-grit providing a silky smooth finish, then treated with multiple coats of food-grade Mineral Oil and Bees Wax to protect the board and enhance the natural wood grains and colors. Our cutting boards are so smooth, you may not want to stop running your fingers across them. ; )
